Sable Hills is a 2,208-hectare private nature estate set within the Waterberg Mountains, part of the UNESCO-recognised Waterberg Biosphere. It borders the Mokolo Dam and Mokolo River, offering a rare blend of luxury, nature and exclusivity for its owners.
The estate comprises 113 exclusive one-hectare full-title stands, alongside 2,078 hectares of common property managed by the Homeowners' Association (HOA) on behalf of all owners.
